Rabbit Food and Exercise!

 so with my Magaluf holiday only 13 weeks and 4 days away,  my diet has to get sorted, PRONTO!  so this week i'm starting my diet of with a bang and continuing my 5x a week work routine!  i think the only way i'm going to be able to keep up with this diet seriously is by updating my blog a few times a week letting you guys know how im doing! im so bad at diet i always do so well for the first week and then it all just seems to go down hill from there. but i think this times different, ive got a goal deadline to meet, and if i dont make it ive only got myself to blame!  i hate it when people say they want to weigh so much, ive never been like that, ive just gone by how i feel.  if i feel good in something it normally shows on the outside.  ive already noticed slight loss in weight after trying on a pair of shorts i bought last year, that were super fitted at the time of purchase but now seem to have a good inch or so spare:) wooo, now if thats not motivation i dont know what is!  im not giving myself a ridiculous target like aiming to be a size 10 by the begining of june, because lets face it, its not realistic!  being 5'11" i can get away with having curves so being super skinny doesnt bother me, i just want to tone up and lose all my flabby bits in time for the 30 june! i think im gunna need your guys support to do this, please will you help me?

Night at the museum... (kind of afternoon)

ok. so this blog post is kind of a week late! but i've been so snowed under with coursework and exam deadlines along with my magaluf body challenge and fitting in sleep.. this is the first chance i've had to post to you guys!! so sorry.  regular blogging should pick back up in the next couple of weeks :)

enough of my lame excuses! haha!  yea, so last week myself and 3 friends took an afternoon trip to Cardiff Museum.  its wasn't top of my places to visit, but it was free however, and we all seem to be pretty skint at the moment with saving for holidays, uni, car insurance, tax etc.  so to the museum it was!  im not gunna lie, i loved it!! who knew that moving mammoths and textile pieces of the queen with dolls heads poking out of the top could be so exciting!  if you've been before you'll know they've got there unusual space section and ancient history with dinosaur skeletons and moving mammoths!  but the also have various contemporary gallerys and exhibitions,  this times were The Queen; Art and Image and Captain Scott: South for Science.  I know a lot of people think of the museum of being full of little kids on field trips, but its not really. just ordinary people wanting a chilled afternoon out, definately worth a look!! (although the little school kids are also there!)

in other news, is anyone finding these light mornings an absolute pain in the ass!?  i know i am, waking up at 8 this morning thinking it was 12! i am seriously dreading the clock change tomorrow, its just so confusing!! anybody else feel like this??

distance makes the heart grow fonder..

sorry my blogging has been a bit higgle de piggle de recently my life has been totally taken over with school work or the gym recently!  ive finally been given my exam dates for both art & textiles so fingers crossed by the beginning of may my hectic school life will be finished with and my life will be free again... well until september that is!! i was up till 1 the other night trying to get some fashion illustrations finished i completed a grand total of 1! and got some green leggings painted onto another!! oh well you don't wanna listen to me rambling on about my schoolwork!! im gunna try and get some beauty sleep now and catch up before my busy weekend of working, rugby and schoolwork :) yayy! any of you dolls got anything nice planned for the weekend?

Bikini Blunders..

so its that time of year again where everyone's new years resolutions are totally out of the window,  but now the summer season is fastly approaching everyone's thinking about their bikini bodies? yeaah?  im exactly the same!! the thought of swimwear shopping actually brings a lump to my throat and the thought of trying on bikinis for a day trying to find the "right one" at a reasonable price makes me want to cry in a corner and hibernate till winter!  if you dolls are anything like me you'll be thinking the exact same thing.  but on the weekend me and my two friends went to asda to get some food, and had a quick look in the clothes section... a quick look turning into 3 bikini tops 2 bra's and a takeaway chow mein!

i only bought 1 of the bikini's as i am super low on dollar at the moment and it was either another bikini or starve.. im a girl who loves her food so that problem was quickly solved!  anyhow, i picked up the purple polka dot bikini!  it looked totally different on the hanger so i was totally baffled when trying it on, took a couple of braincells to get there:)  but once it was on it was like heaven in a bikini!! yess, i had fun trying on bikini's!!!!! it fitted me perfect, even with my uber difficult size, ahaa. at £12 for the set £8 top, £4 bottoms i was not leaving it there, because it would be just my luck that i'd got back in a couple of weeks just before my holiday, and they won't have my size then we're back to square one!!

im loving the rest of the George at Asda swimwear range too!  i think the zebra print with turquoise detailing one is lovely :)  would definately say its for a smaller boobied woman, but i still looove it :)  my mammy also picked me up the purple and pink "floraly", "splashed" bikini today, although im not totally loving it yet! its not quite fitting as i hoped it would, but we'll see ayy! :)  any of you ladies got any secret tips on getting decent bikini body? or know anywhere nice that does reasonable bathers?

Happy St. Davids Day!!

Dydd Gwyl Dewi Hapus! Happy St. Davids Day!  This year is possibly the first year in a few years where i've actually remotely celebrated this patriotic day *head held in shame* im such a proud welsh person, and love having our own day to celebrate our culture! but with deadlines in school and delayed eisteddfods, i often find myself celebrating a few days later.  but this year i made an effort! my friends little sister and her class performed a little folk dance this afternoon in Caerphilly town centre, so we went have a watch.  Little kids are just soooo cute!! and you cant have St. David's Day without a good old welsh cake, especially when you have an amazing welsh cake shop at the top of town, definitely worth a try if your ever near!

Catch Up!

i have only just realised how appalling my blog upkeep has been this week! i've been so busy with one thing or another, and also i don't feel like i've had anything to blog about! strange. i don't know if i told you guys, but i had an interview in falmouth last friday, and absolutely fell in love with the place! its so pretty and the university is amazing!  i felt that my interview went well, but you never know.. and some of the girls i got chatting to were so lovely, which made my day even more amazing!  


i had a serious case of monday blues at the beginning of the week, i received an unsuccessful from UWE Bristol and my prep work seemed to be at a bit of a brick wall!, so myself and a friend made some cupcakes and watched The Time Travellers wife to de-stress a bit and cheer up :) must say, we make amaaazing cakes! might have to show you guys how i made them :)  tuesday, i still wasn't myself. i think i kind of lost a tonne of confidence in myself and lost any faith in getting a place in falmouth, after get my 2nd rejection! but 5:00pm came and BAM "UCASTrack- ucas application status notification" popped up on hotmail.  i dont think i breathed for a good 10 seconds.. but i eventually plucked up the courage to check my UCAS Track.. IM INNNNNNN!!! IM GOING TO FALMOUTH!!!!!!!! im still buzzing at the thought of going in september, im soo excited!!:D:D:D
